We prepare and submit Condominium Offering Plans to the New York State Attorney General's Office for approval. Before a condo can be sold, the offering plan must be approved by the Attorney General's Office. After an initial consultation, I will send you a retainer agreement and a list of documents necessary to begin working on the plan immediately and to submit the plan for approval. Any comments or suggestions by the Attorney General's Office will be dealt with swiftly so the plan can be approved. Once approved, we will work with you and your architect at the surveyor's office to obtain their approval, so you can begin closing your condos immediately. We also assist in testing the market so you can advertise at the property site and see the public's interest in potentially purchasing the condos.
