We represent clients in foreclosure litigation actions. We prepare, file and serve Answers, Motions and Order to Show Causes to assist the homeowner in defending themselves in these actions and ultimately helping them prevent the sale of their homes. Court Appearances are made throughout the New York area to either conference or litigate each action with the court and the bank attorney. The ultimate goal is assist the client in either litigating the action or working out a resolution with the court and bank attorney including but not limited to loan modifications, or short sales to avoid foreclosure. We also represent the client at the foreclosure settlement conferences with the loan modification and short sale process. We aggressively negotiate with lenders to modify mortgages, we work hard to protect and repair your credit, and we strive to help you keep the home you’ve worked so hard to own.
